Vassell’s have been providing emergency response for Notting Hill Genesis throughout London.
On one particular site, they have been experiencing some difficulties with one of their key suppliers, as they did not have the right technical ability to troubleshoot problems with their heating system and ventilation.
We were instructed by the client to carry out a detail survey in regards to the performance of the ventilation system and the hot water systems throughout the estate.
Once we had completed a full investigation, we have formulated an action plan to remediate the defects that were found. These were due to poor servicing and maintenance of equipment.
Due to our findings, several ventilation units had to be replaced because they were not working efficiently. We have also carried out major work on their unvented hot water systems by replacing expansion vessels, heating elements and upgrade time controllers.
By carrying out these simple steps, we have reduced energy consumption for the properties that were affected and increased performance ability. The study has revealed that just by ensuring that your system is maintained at the highest standard, can help increase performance and reduce your carbon footprint.
