Vassell’s engineers were first introduced to Marwin Security corporate office buildings in Euston due to the high consumption in energy. This corporate office building was then a gas supplied building.
The client was having an issue with their boiler heating plant system therefore they wanted a resolution in order to rectify this issue. After conducting a full investigation on the current system, Vassell’s has proposed to our client to decommission all commercial boilers and install a new air conditioning system.
This proposal was designed to help reduce their carbon footprint, increase efficiency throughout the building and isolate the issue regarding the high consumption in energy. Once the air conditioning system was installed throughout the building, this has improved the overall energy consumption and also reduced the building’s carbon footprint.
Overall, Marwin Security have been happy with the recommendations provided to them as it has helped improve the operation of their business with minimal disruption to their services. Vassell’s have been awarded a service contract for the air conditioning system installed and for couple other buildings managed by Marwin Security.
Vassell’s have been successfully working alongside Marwin Security ltd for several years as a reward to the great service that they received.
