Autumn 2015
A few words from David Lawrence, Scheme Manager
It’s been a bit of a mixed summer regarding the weather, however, as I write this there is a cracking ‘High’ sitting over the top of the UK and another one over France/Spain. Perhaps the improvement in the weather will a) last and b) improve the outlook.
One of the aspects of the
e-forms application that sits in
the background is that every
step taken by applicant,
administrator, H&S assessor,
Quality Assurance reviewer, and
auditor is registered and time/date stamped so we know exactly how an application is progressing, also the journey it has taken through the whole process – end to end. This will help us identify future improvements in order to speed up the process.
